Education: To become a nursing home administrator you need a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in health care administration but most nursing home administrators have a master’s degree.

Reflection: I would not like to become a nursing home administrator because it doesn’t sound like the career I would like to purse. It doesn’t fit my interest and I therefore I wouldn’t like to become one.
