Biomedical Engineer
Duties and Responsibilities: Biomedical
engineers apply engineering principles and technology. They research, design,
and develop medical products such as joint replacements.
Salary: $51,490 per year
Education: Biomedical engineers have at least a bachelor's degree in
engineering from a university or four-year college. The degree that would be in
biomedical engineering, but some biomedical engineers studied mechanical,
electrical, or some other types of engineering. A master's degree is often
preferred for many senior-level roles, but there are jobs available to college
graduates after completing the bachelor's degree.
Reflection: A biomedical engineer seems interesting to
do, making new medicines and cures to prevent infectious diseases and cancers
would be awesome I would like to become a biomedical engineer.
