Marine Biology
Duties and Responsibilities: Marine biologist do scientific study on organisms in the ocean. Being a marine biologist you focus and study astronomy, chemistry, biology, geology, meteorology, biological oceanography, zoology, physical oceanography, ecology, and molecular biology.
Salary: $51,975 per year
Education: To become a marine biologist you need a Bachelors Degree, but to conduct your own research you need a Masters Degree. Classes that you will need to master are chemistry, biology, zoology, physics, and mathematics. English is another class that one wouldn’t expect to have too much of for marine biology.


 

Reflection: Marine biology is a field that really interests me because I love the ocean and water and I like animals that live in the water because when your in the ocean with these animals its a whole other world down there that is truly amazing. Of course as you can see that marine biology requires a lot skill in many different fields in school but I’m willing to do this.
